प्रयागराज (एसएनबी)। इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने प्रदेश के उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में कार्यरत अनुदेशकों की संविदा अवधि में किए गए संशोधन संबंधी शासनादेश की वैधता के खिलाफ याचिका पर राज्य सरकार से चार हफ्ते में जवाब मांगा है। यह आदेश न्यायमूर्ति आशुतोष श्रीवास्तव ने महराजगंज के राकेश पटेल की याचिका को विचारणीय मानते हुए दिया है। याचिका के अनुसार अभी तक 11 माह की संविदा पर अनुदेशकों की संविदा नियुक्ति की जाती थी। शासनादेश जारी कर इस अवधि में 15 दिन की बढ़ोतरी कर दी गई है। अब 11 माह 15 दिन की संविदा अवधि कर दी गई है, लेकिन इसमें शर्त जोड़ दी गई है कि सर्दियों की छुट्टी 31 दिसम्बर 2022 से 14 जनवरी 23 तक का मानदेय नहीं मिलेगा। 15 जून 2022 के शासनादेश को याचिका में चुनौती दी गई है। याचिका की अगली सुनवाई एक नवंबर को होगी।

The challenge laid in this writ petition is to the Government Order dated 15.6.2022 issued by the respondent No. 2-Special Secretary, Government of U.P., Lucknow and to the letter dated 4.7.2022 issued by the respondent No. 3.
It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners were appointed as Subject Teachers under the contract which commenced from 1.7.2022 to 31.5.2023. By the impugned Government Order, the contract period has been re-determined and it is operating from 16.6.2022 to 31.5.2023.
The grievance raised is that the winter vacation for the period 31.12.2022 to 14.1.2013 has now been excluded from the contract period and the petitioner would not be entitled to get honorarium for the said period which according to the petitioners is unwarranted.
Matter requires consideration.
All the respondents are grated four weeks' time to file counter affidavit. One week thereafter is granted to the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
